These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Push AI, Inc. ("Company") and the user ("User") accessing or using the software, applications, and services provided by Push AI, Inc. (collectively referred to as the "Services"). This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered into by and between Push AI, Inc. ("Data Processor") and the Customer ("Data Controller") (collectively referred to as the "Parties").
📄️ Data Retention Policy
Push.ai seeks to ensure that it retains only data necessary to effectively conduct its program activities and work in fulfillment of its mission. The need to retain data varies widely with the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected. Push.ai strives to ensure that data is only retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and is fully deleted when no longer required. This policy sets forth Push.ai’s guidelines on data retention and is to be consistently applied throughout the organization. Scope This policy covers all data collected by Push.ai and stored on Push.ai owned or leased systems and media, regardless of location.
